End User Licence Agreement

By installing or using this software product you agree to be bound by the terms of this licence. If you do not agree to the terms of the licence promptly return the unused software to the place from which you obtained it for a full refund.

Flow Simulation Limited grants to you a non-exclusive licence to use the software for the purposes described in the documentation. You may install and use one copy of the software on a single computer or up to the permitted number of computers if you have purchased a multiple user or site licence. The primary user of a computer on which the software is installed may make copies for his or her exclusive use on one or more portable computers and on his or her home computer. You may also store or install a copy of the software on a storage device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the software on your other computers over an internal network.

A licence for the software may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. You may make backup copies of the software, provided the backup copies are not installed or used on any computer. You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer or incorporate into another work the software or its components.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this licence, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the software (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, and this licence), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this licence. If the software is an upgrade any transfer must include all prior versions of the software.

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT TREATIES. THE COPYRIGHT AND TITLE IN AND TO THIS SOFTWARE ARE OWNED BY FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED. FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE SOFTWARE OR SUITABILITY TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DAMAGES COMPENSATION COSTS EXPENSES LOSSES OR OTHER LIABILITIES WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL AND ANY OTHER REMEDY WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE IN LAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
